PTO is a Parent and Teacher Organization which provides support and fosters the relationships among the school, parents, teachers, students, administrators and the surrounding community.

Download the City Market App (if you already have an account, skip to step 3)
Create an Account: First & Last name, E-mail, password, and then Value Card Number or Alt ID from Card
Click on the right upper 3 lines
Tap on Rewards
Pick Community Rewards 
Search Organization: Add Shelledy Elementary
